DS18B20+ - what does the PAR suffix mean?
Nice simple answer from Mouser electronics:
The DS18B20+
can be powered from the data line ("parasite power") as well as from external power supply via Pin VDD
The DS18B20+PAR
can be only powered from the data line ("parasite power").
